Pola sitting with two dogs

Hello!

I'm Paulina — though the dogs know me as Pawlina! I run PAWLINA: Home for Pets, a licenced and insured home boarding and daycare service in Little Fransham.

I hold a Breckland Council Animal Welfare Licence (AWL0208), which allows me to care for up to 5 dogs at a time. This means your pets are always looked after in a safe, legal, and professional environment.

Together with my partner we live in a cosy two-bed bungalow with a secure 0.17-acre garden and quiet country walks right on our doorstep.

Pets who stay with me enjoy plenty of playtime, outdoor adventures, cuddles, and company — I work from home part-time, so they are never left alone for long periods.

With many positive reviews, you can trust that your furry family member will be cared for like one of my own — safe, loved, and completely at ease.

Let's arrange a Meet & Greet! It's the perfect way to get to know each other, talk through your pet's routine, and make sure we're the right fit!

FAQs

Frequently
asked
questions

Do you arrange a meet & greet before bookings?+
Yes — all new dogs must come for a meet & greet. This is an important step where your dog can explore the space, meet me, and get used to the environment. It also gives me the chance to check that vaccinations and flea/tick and worming treatments are up to date. We'll go through routines, behaviour, feeding, and any special needs. This way, we can be sure your dog will feel safe, happy, and comfortable during their stay.
What's included in overnight boarding and daycare?+
Boarding (overnight): A full day of care with walks, playtime, feeding to your routine, plenty of cuddles, and overnight supervision. Daycare (daytime only): Morning drop-off and evening pick-up, with walks, play, and rest in a safe, homely environment. Both include regular photo updates, so you can relax knowing your dog is having a great time.
Can you give medication?+
Yes — I can administer oral medication with clear written instructions, which you'll provide on the forms. Please make sure all medicines are clearly labelled with your dog's name and dosage.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes — for boarding stays of two nights or more, I ask for a deposit of 25% of the booking value, capped at a maximum of £100. This secures your dog's place, especially during busy holiday periods. Daycare bookings usually don't require a deposit, unless it's a block booking or during peak holiday times.
How do I book?+
You can book by contacting me directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
How do I cancel a booking?+
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. 7 days or more notice: your deposit will be refunded in full. Less than 7 days' notice: your deposit is non-refundable. Less than 3 days' notice: the full booking fee may be charged, as I may have turned away other bookings to hold your dog's place.
Do you accept unneutered dogs?+
My preference is to care for neutered dogs, as I often have multiple dogs in my home. However, I may accept an unneutered dog at my discretion, depending on their behaviour and how well they get along with other dogs during the meet & greet.
How many dogs do you look after at once?+
My license allows me to care for up to five dogs at a time. I never exceed this number and always consider personalities, ages, and play styles so everyone feels happy and safe together.
Will my dog be left alone?+
No dog will ever be left for long periods. Legally, dogs cannot be left for more than three hours, but in practice, I am home most of the day. I work from home, and if I do need to step out briefly, my partner is here to make sure the dogs are never alone.
Are you licenced and insured?+
Yes — I am fully insured and licenced to provide home boarding and daycare (Licence number: AWL0208). This means your dog is cared for in a safe, regulated, and inspected environment.
